Passion Play with Austria, Hungary & Poland

Cultural tour of Germany, Austria, Hungary & Poland

Tour Closed

View a once-in-a-decade spectacular as the legendary Passion Play takes place in the small German town of Oberammergau.
In 1633, the villagers of Obermmergau made a promise that if villagers were to stop dying from the rampant plague, they would perform the suffering, death and resurrection of Christ every tenth year. Nearly 400 years later, the tradition continues, and we will have the opportunity to view this moving performance on our unique tour. With very limited space for an event that takes only once in every ten years, 2020 is the year to make it.

This journey also gives us the opportunity to discover some of Europe’s most famous cultural capitals. Experience the regal architecture of Vienna, explore the twin cities of Budapest, learn about the rich history of Krakow and Warsaw, and more on this riveting adventure.
