Smaller groups, more intimate experiencesWe have always prided ourselves on our small group sizes, which range from only two to a maximum of 12 participants in most cases.Smaller groups allow you to connect with others more easily and have authentic experiences that just aren’t possible for big tours. They also provide an uncrowded trip with plenty of personal space and personal attention to the safety of each individual. Our tours are in alignment with the latest health regulations and standards of the countries we travel to, and our team participates in ongoing health and safety training. In addition, the accommodations, transport and restaurants used on our tours must meet enhanced COVID-19 standards. We’ve introduced new measures that give you flexibility and security if your trip is affected by unexpected events. Find out more about our flexible booking policy. At times, local and international regulations and recommendations can change before or during your trip. As a result, we may also need to make corresponding changes to the activities or destinations included in your tour. We endeavour to keep our travellers regularly informed of any changes or updates. If someone feels sick during the trip, we recommend that you notify a Bestway representative immediately. Each country has specific protocols in place to help you in this scenario, and our Bestway team will assist you in taking the proper steps. Use of face masks is highly recommended throughout your tour, and may be mandatory as per the requirements of the local government or third-party suppliers. We ask that you bring your own supply of face masks for use during your journey. Yes, our Bestway team is happy to arrange COVID-19 tests at your destination during your tour. Please note any COVID-19 test arranged by Bestway will be at an additional cost to the tour price.
